Maxain Corporate Actions:  SCHD (Schwab US Dividend Equity (SCHD) Stock（11th Oct）and SONYN ( Sony ADR SONY) Stock (9th Oct)

We would like to inform you that SCHD (Schwab US Dividend Equity) after the end of the trading session on Oct 11th the stock price will be divided by 3 and stocks quantity will be multiplied by 3 accordingly and SONYN (Sony ADR) will be on Oct 9th the stock price divided by 5 and stocks quantity ,multiplied by 5.

Trading is expected to begin on a split-adjusted basis on Oct 12th, 2024.

The following changes will be made in our margin systems for all SCHD (Schwab US Diviend Equity) positions after the end of the trading session on Oct 11th:

1、Opening price of positions will be divided by 3
2、Volume of open positions will be multiplied by 3

Furthermore, the following changes will be made in our margin systems for all SONYN (Sony ADR) positions after the end of the trading session on Oct 9th:

1、Opening price of positions will be divided by 5
2、Volume of open positions will be multiplied by 5
