\u4e0b\u964d\u81f3 4.5%\u3002\u5e73\u5747\u6642\u85aa\u662f\u8861\u91cf\u5de5\u8cc7\u901a\u8139\u7684\u5bc6\u5207\u6307\u6a19\uff0c12
